At Substrata, our mechanical teams’ capabilities and experience are extensive, built on the vast experience of our senior management team in mechanical supervision across some of the largest underground mining and tunnelling operations in Australia.

A majority of Substrata’s staff, including tradesmen and tradeswomen, come from skilled backgrounds with hands-on experience in hard rock underground mines, both in Australia and overseas. Our team and culture are characterised by a strong “can-do” attitude and a deeply embedded safety culture in their everyday roles.
