General Manager
Andrew Predika is the General Manager of Substrata Group, reporting directly to the Investment Group. With over 35 years of experience in underground gold mining, civil construction, and tunnelling infrastructure, Andrew is a distinguished professional in the industry.
Jayden Lewis
Operations Manager
Jayden Lewis is a highly experienced tunnelling professional with over a decade in micro-tunnelling, shaft sinking, pipe jacking, and drill & blast. His technical expertise spans drilling, bolting, ground support, crack injection, and shotcrete/concrete lining, with a strong focus on tunnel remediation and repair.
As Head of Operations at SUBSTRATA , Jayden leads and co-ordinates workforce development, ensures technical excellence, and oversees the delivery of specialised substrata services.
Lucinda Rados
Pre-Contract / Commercial / Finance Manager
Lucinda has joined Substrata Group as the Pre-Contracts, Commercial, and Finance Manager. With over 19 years of experience in corporate and construction sectors, her expertise in contract management positions her as a key leader in shaping our commercial strategy. Lucinda is a commercially astute and highly driven leader, dedicated to developing innovative commercial models that align with our clients' objectives, ensuring the successful delivery of contract requirements while fostering stronger supply chain engagement.
